Kwangde peak, Kwangdi Ri 6012m climbing, which is a popular trekking peak in khumbu region, located south-west of Namche village the gateway to Everest. Kwangde peak is stands above the Bhote Koshi River to the south-west of Namche Bazar. The northern part of the mountain forms an impressive barrier having several steep ridges to the north. Kwangde peak is technical challenging trekking peak in Everest region. Makes an excellent trekking peak objective and also provides a simply fantastic vantage point. The summit panorama extends across the Khumbu, Ama Dablam and Makalu in the East, to Everest and Cho Oyu and includes the spectacular Rolwaling peaks, to the northwest. Since Kwangde peak has been open for climbing, numerous mountaineers are successfully climbed this peak.
Day to Day Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathamndu (1350m) Airport and direct transfer to Hotel
Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing by tour Guide & trek or climb preparation, overnight Hotel
Day 03: Flight Kathmandu to Lukla (2840) & trek to Phakding (26 Overnight 30m) 2-3 hours
Day 04: Trek Phakding to Lumding Kharka, 5-6 hours Overnight at Lodge
Day 05: Trek Lumding Kharka to Pokhari Camp > 5-6 hours, Overnight at Lodge
Day 06: Trek Pokhari Camp to Kwangde base camp > 4-5 hours and climb preparation
Day 07: Trek from Kwangde base camp to Kwangde high camp > 5-6 hours, Overnight at Tent
Day 08: Climb to Kwyangde peak (6011m) summit and back to Kwangde peak base camp, 6-7 hours, Overnight at Tented Camp
Day 09: Reserve Day for Climbing due to bad weather, overnight at tented camp
Day 10: Trek decent from high camp to Base Camp
Day 11: Trek from Base camp to Thame village
Day 12: Trek from Thame to Namche Bazaar
Day 13: Trek Namche Bazaar to Lukla, 6-7 hours
Day 14: Flight Lukla back to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
Day 15: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping or other activities and farewell dinner in Nepalese restaurant, Overnight at Hotel
Day 16: Final Departure to Kathmandu International Airport for your further Destination
